Why REBL exists

The movement has campaigning organizations. It needs crowds. It needs more power.

For a decade, our movement built institutional muscle — negotiators, litigators, campaigners — and they've won real change for animals. But two powers got left behind: the power of people in the streets, and the power of the story. Those are exactly the powers that make wins stick. REBL exists to strengthen them — organized, trained, and at the service of the whole movement.

Where & why

Starting where power is needed most.

Latin America is home to some of the world's largest animal industries — and some of its bravest advocates.

Around 80% of the global movement's resources stay in the US and Europe — while nearly 80% of all farmed animals are in the Global South. We're starting where the gap is, and where we know it's tractable.

Our first city hubs: São Paulo · Monterrey · Bogotá · Buenos Aires · Lima · Santiago.
